Antonino Cannata

Antonino Cannata graduated cum laude in Classical Archaeology (School of Specialization of Catania) with a Master's Degree in Ceramiche a pareti sottili ed altre produzioni fini da alcuni contesti siracusani. His research has focused on the transformation that occurred in the countryside of South-Eastern Sicily between the Hellenistic and medieval periods. For several years he worked for IBAM-CNR, by focusing on the material culture of roman age. From 2017, he has been the director of the Sicilian research centre Aditus in Rupe.
