S. Vitezović obtained her BA, MPhil and PhD at the Faculty of Philosophy, University of Belgrade. She is currently employed at the Institute of Archaeology, Belgrade, Serbia. Her publications include the edited volume Close to the bone: current studies in bone technologies (2016) and two monographs: Methodology for studying prehistoric bone industries (in Serbian, 2016) and Prehistoric site of Pločnik near Prokuplje: the bone industry (2021), as well as over 60 papers in journals and edited volumes.
