A final report of the Centerا s activities under the aegis of Dr. Smith must wait upon his return to good health, as unfortunately soon after his arrival in the States he was hospitalized. As of this writing. Dr. Smith is making good progress toward recovery and I am sure that all members will join with me in wishing him a speedy return to good health.
